1. General provisions
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how user information is collected, used, stored and protected within the Alias mobile application ("the App").
The developer and operator of the App is:

(hereinafter — the "Developer").
By using the App, the user confirms that they have read this Policy and agree to its terms. If the user does not agree with this Policy, they must stop using the App and remove it from their device.
This Policy is an integral part of the relationship between the Developer and the user and must be applied together with the App's Terms of Use.
Note: this English version is a translation of the original Russian text. In the event of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.
2. Definitions
- Personal data — any information that relates directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable individual.
- Data processing — any operation with data, including collection, recording, storage, use, transfer and deletion.
- Device — the user's smartphone, tablet or other mobile device.
- Platform — Apple App Store or Google Play, through which the App is distributed.
3. Data we collect
3.1. Data collected automatically
The following data may be automatically processed when using the App:
Device data
- Examples: device model, OS version, system language.
- Purpose: ensuring proper App operation and compatibility.
Purchase data
- Examples: the fact and date of an in-app purchase, the product identifier, transaction identifier, transaction status.
- Purpose: providing and restoring paid content.
- This data is transmitted to the Developer by the Platform (Apple / Google) and does not allow identifying a specific user as an individual.
3.2. Data created by the user
While using the App, the user may create data such as:
- team names and team emoji selections;
- selected settings and themes;
- game statistics and round history.
This data is stored exclusively locally on the user's device through the operating system's storage facilities. The Developer has no remote access to such data.
3.3. Data we do NOT collect
The Developer does not collect or request:
- name, surname, date of birth;
- phone number, email address;
- precise geolocation (GPS);
- contacts, photos, files from device storage;
- information about user activity in other applications.
Processing of data the user provides when contacting the Developer by email is described in Section 14.
4. In-app purchases
The App offers one-time in-app purchases (for example, additional themed categories). The App does not offer subscriptions or auto-renewing payments.
All payments are processed exclusively by the distribution Platform:
- Apple — through the App Store (Apple In-App Purchase);
- Google — through Google Play (Google Play Billing).
The Developer does not receive or store payment details of the user (card number, account details, etc.). From the Platform, the Developer receives only:
- the fact of purchase;
- the product identifier;
- the transaction identifier;
- the date and status of the transaction.
This data is used solely to provide and restore the purchased content.
Payment data processing is governed by the privacy policies of the corresponding Platforms:
5. Advertising
As of the effective date of this Policy, the App does not display advertising and does not use third-party advertising services (SDKs).
In future versions, the App may be updated to display third-party advertising. In such case, this Policy will be updated to specify the advertising partners, types of data they collect, and links to their privacy policies.
Users will be notified of the introduction of advertising services through an update to this Policy and, where applicable:
- on iOS (version 14.5 and later) — through the system App Tracking Transparency (ATT) dialog before any use of the advertising identifier (IDFA);
- on Android — through the Platform settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
6. Analytics
As of the effective date of this Policy, the App does not use third-party analytics services and does not send any user-activity data to external servers.
In future versions, the App may be updated to use analytics services to improve quality and user experience. In such case, this Policy will be updated to specify the analytics services used and the types of data they collect.
7. Use of cookies and similar technologies
As of the effective date of this Policy, the App does not use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, or other similar tracking technologies.
If advertising or analytics services are added in future versions, such technologies may be used by third-party providers in accordance with their own privacy policies. Users will be notified of this through an update to this Policy.
8. Third parties and data transfer
The Developer does not sell user personal data to third parties and does not transfer it for marketing purposes.
Data may be transferred to third parties only in the following cases:
- Apple / Google — to process in-app purchases and distribute the App (on the basis of an agreement with the Platform);
- Authorized government authorities — upon a reasoned request based on applicable law.
If advertising or analytics services are added in future versions, the list of third parties will be expanded with a mandatory update to this Policy.
9. Storage and data protection
9.1. Local data
Data created by the user in the App (team names, statistics, settings) is stored exclusively locally on the device. The user may delete it at any time by resetting data in the App settings or by uninstalling the App.
9.2. Data on third-party servers
If third-party services are added in future versions, data collected by such services will be stored on their servers in accordance with their own privacy policies. The Developer does not control the storage infrastructure of third parties.
9.3. Retention periods
- Local data — until deleted by the user or until the App is removed from the device.
- Data from email correspondence — for the period necessary to handle the request, unless otherwise required by law.
9.4. Security measures
The Developer takes reasonable measures to protect data:
- use of secure data transfer protocols (HTTPS) when network features are involved;
- use of SDKs and libraries only from trusted providers;
- minimization of the data collected.
The security of data stored locally on the device is provided by the operating system and depends on the security settings configured by the user on their device.
10. System backups
If system backup features (iCloud Backup, Google Backup, etc.) are enabled on the user's device, the App's local data may be included in such backups. These processes are carried out by the Platform provider independently of the Developer and are governed by the privacy policies of Apple or Google, respectively.
11. Device features used
The App may use the following device features:
- Internet connection — to process in-app purchases and (in future versions) to display advertising and send analytics. Required for full functionality.
- Vibration — for haptic feedback during gameplay. Optional, can be disabled in App settings.
- Audio playback — for sound effects. Optional, can be disabled in App settings.
- Local storage — to save settings and game progress. Used automatically.
The App does not request access to the camera, microphone, contacts, photos, precise geolocation (GPS), or other sensitive device data.
12. Children
The App is not specifically intended for children under 13 years of age (or such other minimum age as may be set by the law of the user's country of residence).
The Developer does not knowingly collect personal data of children under such age. If the Developer becomes aware that such data has been received without the consent of a parent or legal guardian, such data will be deleted as soon as possible.

Certain content categories (for example, "18+") are intended only for users who have reached the age of majority under the law of their country of residence. The user is responsible for category selection and the composition of game participants.
13. User rights
Depending on applicable law, the user may have the following rights:
- right to be informed — to know what data is processed and for what purpose;
- right of access — to request a copy of their data;
- right to rectification — to require correction of inaccurate data;
- right to erasure — to require deletion of their data;
- right to restriction of processing — to require limitation of data processing;
- right to object — to object to data processing;
- right to withdraw consent — to withdraw consent previously given for data processing;
- right to data portability — to receive their data in a structured format.
How to exercise your rights:
- Local data: delete it yourself through the App settings or by removing the App from your device.
- ATT (iOS): if advertising is added in future versions, tracking permission can be changed in your device settings: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Advertising identifier (Android): if advertising is added in future versions, the identifier can be reset or its use restricted in your device settings.
- Other requests: send a message to easymivgames@gmail.com — we will respond within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. In complex cases, the response period may be extended in accordance with applicable law.
14. User communications
When the user contacts the Developer by email, the Developer may process:
- the user's email address;
- the user's name (if provided);
- the content of the message.
This data is used solely to respond to the request and resolve the user's question. Such data is not used for marketing and is retained only for the period necessary to handle the request, unless otherwise required by law.
15. Changes to this Policy
The Developer reserves the right to update this Policy. In case of material changes (including the introduction of advertising or analytics services in future versions) the user will be notified in one of the following ways:
- through an update to the App;
- through a notification at App launch;
- through publication of an updated version at the location of this Policy.
The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the document.
Continued use of the App after publication of an updated Policy means the user has reviewed the changes. If the user does not agree with the new version, they must stop using the App and remove it from their device.
16. Governing law and language priority
This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, unless otherwise provided by the mandatory rules of the law of the user's country of residence.
This Policy is drafted in Russian. In the event of any discrepancy between the Russian original and any translation, the Russian version prevails.
